Rains is seeking a Market Service Assistant to join our Market Service team at the headquarters in Aarhus. You will be working closely together with the sales department, as well as other internal teams within the Rains organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide service & support to Rains’ wholesale markets and distributors
• Liaise with sales representatives and agents on a daily basis
• Handle internal sales and service emails
• Order processing
• Key Account service and support
• POS and fixtures coordination for wholesale customers
• Book and handle shipping and freight logistics
• Ad hoc projects and responsibilities related to Market Service

Qualifications

• Experience from a similar position
• Naturally service and support oriented
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English – both written and verbal
• Winning mentality and a strong team spirit
